• ONLY Dogs under 50 lbs. are welcome.
• The following breeds are NOT allowed: German Shepherds, Pit bull terriers, Cane Corso's, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Akitas, Mastiffs, Great Danes and Doberman pinschers. If you have any questions, please check with the host before booking.
• For your convenience, a set of dog bowls, a waterproof dog bed, and a blanket are provided.

Additional notes

•The cabin is not secluded, and there are other cabins nearby with a shared view of the Cohutta mountains. However, efforts have been made to ensure ample privacy when enjoying the breathtaking views from the back deck via privacy screens.

•Security features include a Ring doorbell camera by the front door and deck steps, as well as a Ring security system when the property is vacant.

•Limited cellphone reception in the area leading up to cabin, Please make sure to download driving instructions prior; 1GB Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience. Roads leading to cabin are paved, however, AWD/4WD is recommended in snowy conditions.

•Occasionally new construction on the mountains may result in construction vehicles and noise during daytime hours.

•Asian lady beetles are very prevalent in the North GA mountains in the cold months and they do show up in the cabins, despite vacuuming and thorough cleaning. You may see some dead bugs.

•Bunk beds are suitable for children under 14 years old with a weight limit of 145 lbs; an additional queen air mattress is available for extra sleeping arrangements.

•Enjoy YouTube streaming service during your stay.

•A solo stove is provided for guest use; firewood is not included and can be purchased at local grocery stores.

Neighborhood overview

This cabin is located on a paved road on top of the mountain (it is not secluded). The cabin is about 25 minutes away from downtown Blue Ridge. Downtown Blueridge has many fun places to dine in & walk around. Downtown Ellijay is located 30 minutes away- it is a quaint mountain town which provides fantastic shopping, many amazing restaurants and taverns. Be sure to visit the orchards and wineries in this area!

Getting around

This cabin is in the mountains. During months when there is snow, AWD/4WD is recommended.

House Rules

Must read and agree to renter agreement upon booking.
- No unregistered guests will be allowed
-Quiet Time begins at 10:00 PM
-No smoking/vaping, no illegal substances
-No parties or events
-No Fireworks
-Don't leave kids or pets unattended
-Dogs allowed, 2 dog max- additional fees apply. Dogs must weigh < 50lbs.
-Pet fees have to be paid at the time of booking.

Fannin County Noise Ordinance: No sound amplifying devices or equipment shall be used outdoors between the hours of 10pm and 6am Sunday through Thursday and not between 11pm and 6am Friday and Saturday.
